How can i place an order?
You can place an order though the website, just simply add items to cart. You may also place an order by calling us or emailing us
what happens after i place an order?
- Check Inventory
After we receive your order, we enter it and check it against current inventory levels. For any item that is out of stock, we look to see if we have a similar item to substitute and notify you immediately. We will not substitute any items without your approval - Local Delivery or Pickup Fees
There are no fees to pick up your order locally or if you live within a 5 mile radius of Hamilton MT however, delivery fees apply outside a 5 mile radius of Hamilton MT. Fees vary based on location and distance. - Handling fees and freight charges are not included in our pricing. Once we know the overall weight & dimensions of your order, we then contact at least 3 different freight carriers for competitive rates in your region. After receiving freight quotes, we then contact you to approve the freight rate and authorize shipment. The majority of our customers receive a freight quote within 1-2 business days. You may also schedule your own carrier to pick up at our warehouse.

do you process an online order more quickly than an order placed by telephone?
We process orders in the order in which we receive them no matter how big or small, all orders and customers are important. There are times when customers may need their products sooner and request a rush on their orders. Please contact us if you need an order processed immediately and we will do our best to accomodate you.

do you offer quantity discounts/case prices?
Below 5 The No Non Cents Store does offer quantity discounts as well as case price discounts. If you are interested in purchasing items in a case please contact us for details as each product offered has different case and quantity amounts.
do you offer lines of credit?
Below 5 does not offer a line of credit at this time. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping or delivery.
Can I pickup or have my order delivered if i am in Hamilton Montana?
If you live within a 5 mile radius of Hamilton MT we do not charge a delivery fee.

We offer delivery and pick up during our retail store hours. See our retail hours section or click on link below. If you need a pick up or delivery outside of Below 5 regular business days and hours please contact us and we will do our best to make arrangements with you.
how much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on weight, dimension and your location. We do not make any money from shipping and all shipping charges are what the carrier charges. Once your order is ready we contact 3 different carriers to find the most cost effective. Prior to shipping, Below 5 will contact you via telephone or email with the carriers and cost as well as estimated delivery times and you will choose the method you prefer.
do you offer free shipping?
We occasionally offer free freight and shipping on orders. If you do have a large order or would like to discuss free shipping please contact us.

Monday through Saturday, your order is shipped as soon as possible after your approval of shipping charges (if applicable) and pending payment approval.

Do you ship to Military bases using their apo and fpo addresses?
We understand how important it is for our military to receive packages from home and loved ones.We do offer shipments to Military Bases using their APO and FPO addresses. There is a $100.00 minimum order and customer is responsible for handling fees and all shipping charges. After receiving your order we can quote the product total, estimate shipping charges, and find the best shipping rate for you.The total invoice including shipping will be charged in advance. Please include your complete shipping address with your reply as well as any special instructions. Below 5 also accepts customers donations for care packages to our Military overseas. If you would like to make a donation for a care package to be sent to our troops please email us at [email protected].
Do you ship to international customers?
We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS (your choice) within the 48 contiguous states. We do not currently offer international shipping.
how much is your nominal fee?
Below 5 charges a handling fee which covers shipping supplies, boxes, and everything necessary to ensure your order arrives to you safely. The handling fee of $5.00 is not included in the product pricing and will be added to your total order.

why did you discontinue or remove an item?
When an item has been discontinued or closed out, it either is not popular enough or our supplier/suppliers no longer offers the item. If the item is popular, our purchasing department searches for a new supplier and if found, you will see that item return to inventory. It may be possible to “special order”, so if interested please call us or email us at [email protected]

We do our best to research products and make sure products are Made in the USA however, occasionally, one may slip through the cracks. The Below 5 team researches grant opportunities in order to fund the purchasing of products, supplies, equipment and advertising and to help Below 5 to launch a brick and mortar store in the future. Since 2010, Below 5, a small locally owned business, has been funded by Dena Pate and the Below 5 team. Dena is a single woman, disabled since 2003 as the result of a car accident and funding has been challenging.
